Right of Way Division
Tierra’s Right of Way Division is the foundation upon which the company was built. We have provided right of way services throughout the United States for nearly 20 years.
Tierra’s right of way agents are experienced in the acquisition of land and easements and in obtaining local, state, and federal permits for transportation, mining, electric, pipeline, and telecommunications projects; wind farm projects and their associated transmission lines; and the acquisition of residential and commercial property related to public improvement projects in accordance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act (as amended).
We specialize in developing relocation plans and providing relocation assistance to property owners and tenants on behalf of local, county, and state public agencies in accordance with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act (as amended).
Our company has developed a thorough knowledge of public-agency policies and procedures. We also maintain strong and positive relationships with the staff of local, state, and federal agencies to facilitate the timely resolution and completion of projects of all sizes and complexities.
We have right of way staff and local management working out of our six offices in Arizona, New Mexico, Washington, and Nevada.
