Tierra Right of Way Services, Ltd. (Tierra), has provided acquisition and relocation assistance services to the City of Kent for a few different projects since 2012. They have delivered each project in a timely manner, completing each at or below the established budget. I have found them to be knowledgeable, willing to assist with any real estate question or issue and responsive to our needs.
