Allison Getty is a National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) specialist with 13 years of professional experience in planning, project management, and environmental permitting and consulting. She is an expert in State and Federal environmental law, policy, and regulations, including the NEPA, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), Federal Land Policy and Management Act, Clean Water Act (CWA) Section 404/401, Endangered Species Act (ESA), and National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA).
