Corey Long has 19 years of experience in the right of way industry, successfully completing hundreds of acquisition and relocation projects for public and private entities. Mr. Long is knowledgeable in all city, State, and Federal policies and industry regulations, including Uniform Act expertise and its practical application, as well as U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) requirements. As Tierra’s Phoenix-area Right of Way Division Manager, he is responsible for the daily coordination of projects for Tierra’s clients. Mr. Long has extensive experience working with public agencies such as the Arizona State Land Department (ASLD), FHWA, and the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), as well as cities and counties throughout Arizona.
