With more than 46 years of experience in the right of way and real property profession, Dwight Ferrick is an expert in acquisition, regulatory, and environmental permitting; appraisal and appraisal review; asset management and property disposition; and project management.
In his former capacity as a Right of Way Agent, Manager of Right of Way, and Director of Real Estate with Central Vermont Public Service Corporation, Dwight gained extensive experience relative to the acquisition of land, rights, and permits and environmental, cultural, and regulatory requirements and procedures. He is also experienced in project or program management in connection with electric generation, transmission, distribution, and substation facilities; hydroelectric projects; telecommunications infrastructure and wireless facilities; and pipeline projects.
