Tom Euler earned his bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Colorado. He has more than 30 years of experience as a cultural resource manager and environmental planner and is knowledgeable in all aspects of natural and cultural resource management in both the public and private sectors. He is well versed on National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) Section 106 compliance as it relates to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and is experienced in performing Clean Water Act/404 permitting, archaeological surveys, and environmental assessments.
Mr. Euler’s experience includes public involvement aspects of linear right of ways and regulatory compliance, including highways and electrical utilities. He has worked on projects involving most Federal and State agencies responsible for managing cultural and natural resources throughout the West, including Arizona State Land Department (ASLD), Bureau of Land Management (BLM), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), U.S. Forest Service, and Rural Electrification Administration.
