Tierra has acquired more than 550 residential and commercial properties parcels as an on-call provider for the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT). Tierra’s specific services to ADOT have included coordination and analysis of property titles; coordination of appraisals; and negotiations for acquisitions involving single- and multifamily residences, mobile homes, businesses, and heavy industrial properties. On all ADOT projects, Tierra complies with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended.
