As the primary contractor on Phase II of the Light Rail Project in the Phoenix metropolitan area, Tierra completed full and partial take acquisition of residential and commercial properties. All acquisitions were completed in accordance with the local laws and the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended.
