The U.S. Route 101/State Route 109 Grays Harbor/Jefferson/Clallam Remove Fish Barriers Project will permit, design, and construct approximately 29 fish-passable structures in Washington State under a progressive design-build contract. As a subconsultant to the design-build contractor, Tierra is providing right of way services for the design and construction of fish-passable structures, stream restoration, habitat restoration, roadway improvements, construction staging, and the removal of existing stream crossing structures.
