Tierra’s Acquisition and Relocation Agents are actively licensed Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons working under the direct supervision of our Designated and Qualifying Brokers. All of Tierra’s management staff and Agents are fully trained and knowledgeable in industry regulations, including the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970. Our Agents are skilled negotiators who prepare deeds and easements; interpret and explain legal documents related to property rights, title reports, appraisals, maps, and design plans; obtain property, rights of way, and permits; and complete residential and non-residential relocations.
