Tierra Right of Way was hired to acquire the real estate interests for one parcel for a Skagit County road-widening project. The project was on a very tight time line, and the acquisition of real estate was critical to meeting this schedule. From the kickoff meeting to the completion of the contract, Tierra Right of Way kept us informed every step of the way. They paid particular attention to our schedule and worked diligently to meet our needs, all the while ensuring each phase of the process was completed in accordance with all the laws and regulations that govern the purchase of real estate for right of way use by a governmental agency. Leslie and Melinda were very professional. They met with the property owners at the owners’ convenience and spent the time necessary to answer all their questions. They made sure the property owners were well informed and built a trusting relationship. It was the commitment shown by all the staff at Tierra Right of Way that allowed us to stay on schedule. They were able to complete the process ahead of schedule and under budget. We will definitely consider Tierra Right of Way for projects in our future.
